    alexis, while being a very shy soul, is actually a confident, freaky little badass once she considers you a close friend. otherwise, she's the wallflower of the group and doesn't really like speaking to strangers. although being timid around the unknown, she'll throw back a sarcastic blow any time of the day.

    growing up in australia was quite a blast for alexis. being able to say that she lived near the same place as nemo was always exciting for the seven year old lexi. she spent her early childhood in australia and moved to the united states with her parents and older brother, logan, when she was fifteen. it didn't take long for alexis to make new friends, for she was an outgoing kid. from what her new american friends told her, her life was to die for. alexis would always throw on a small smile and thank them, but she always knew that if they knew of the daily arguments that her parents had, their thoughts would have easily swerved. the arguments had slowly drifted from being between just her parents to including both alexis and her brother. after years of hard work in her studies, it paid off and alexis graduated valedictorian of her class. that was her ticket out of that house and into the academy.

    As the door to the library opened, Alexis looked up from her phlebotomy book to sate her curiosity, and she just knew that the first word she was going to hear come out of the girl's mouth as she talked to her friend was the name Zachary. Rolling her eyes, she returned her attention to her studies as she took a bite of her sandwich. Focus, Lexi, she thought as she caught herself reading the same line twice.

She's worked too hard to just have the rug swept underneath her feet, and so has Arizona. After being tied with her as valedictorian for years, she couldn't help but wonder if this was how she was going to get taken down.




    All because some fake British boy comes in and sweeps the teachers off of their feet. She couldn't get the teacher in history to call on her, not even once today. All the focus has been on little ole Zachary Lawrence.




    snapping out of her thoughts, alexis closed her eyes and let out a long frustrated sigh. ranting about him wasn't going to help her any in the long run. she needed to study and keep her class rank. being knocked down was not an option.




    the sound of the chair in front of her moving, once again, saved alexis from her thoughts. she quickly opened her eyes to see who was sitting at her table and nearly growled in response. the blonde's blue eyes followed arizona's somewhat cautionary gaze before returning to the young woman, who had just whispered to her.




    "i'm not in the best mood to deal with one of your rants right now," she replied quietly, taking a small bite from her sandwich. she had a feeling that her appetite was about to disappear.

    alexis raised a brow as arizona went on about her plan to knock zachary off of his high horse and sat her sandwich in the plastic container she'd brought it in. she listened intently, soaking in everything arizona had to say and resisting the urge to interrupt. she had to admit, it was a good plan and it sort of made her giddy inside. the idea of putting zachary in his place was so very appealing.




    swallowing, alexis licked her lips before speaking. "look, it's a great plan and taking him down is very appealing, but if you haven't noticed already, i'm not the best when it comes to making friends, let alone getting someone to fall in love with me." oh god, i don't want to sound desperate, but if it takes him down..




    alexis clasped her hands together and rested them on her book before speaking. "although, if it means taking him down, i guess i could try." alexis raised her eyebrow once more before a sly grin took place on her lips and she leaned forward in her seat.




    "on one condition. when i'm going on dates with him and trying to get him to waste his precious time for studying on me, i'll be wasting my time, too. i need you to help me keep my gpa where it is while i try to bring his down."




    she leaned back and crossed her arms, her eyes staring into arizona's. "i'll do the same for you, and if you don't screw me over and knock me down a rank, i'll keep you where you are as well."

    alexis quickly grabbed the piece of paper as if it were a baggy of drugs and this was one of the many deals that happened on campus. before she could reply, arizona was already walking out of the library and most likely toward the cafeteria to finish what was left of the lunch period.




    lexi tilted her head as she read the address and slid the paper inside her coat pocket. what on earth have i gotten myself into? she thought with a shake of her head before trying to return her attention to her book.

    "revealing, revealing, revealing," alexis repeated quickly as she dug through her closet, desperately searching for one particular dress that she actually used for halloween last year. she was definitely not going to be wearing one of arizona's dresses.




    she let out a quick sigh of relief as she saw the dress and pulled the black and gold diamond patterned piece out and threw it onto her bed as she got on her knees and reach toward the back of her closet, grabbing a pair of heels. throwing them onto her bed as well, she stood and placed her hands on her hips.




    "if she doesn't consider this revealing then i don't want to know what she thinks the word means," alexis mumbled under her breath as she grabbed the two items and stuffed them into a small empty leather backpack, putting it on over her leather jacket.




    getting out of the house was easy. just a simple "i'll be back later, i'm going to hang out with a friend," and she was all good. grabbing her helmet off of the coat rack, alexis walked into the garage and opened the door before straddling her BMW HP4 sport bike.




    if it weren't for her grandfather, she wouldn't have gotten it due to her mother's claims that she would get herself killed on it. putting her helmet on, alexis pulled the slip of paper that arizona had written her address on and looked it over one more time before putting it back in the pocket of her jacket. finally, alexis slid the visor over her eyes and drove out and onto the street.




    it didn't take long for alexis to find arizona's house. to her surprise, her rival lived closer than she thought; maybe a twenty minute walk. wouldn't have had time to walk over, anyway, she thought as she climbed off of the bike and took her helmet off.




    alexis shook her head before running her hand through her hair, combing out knots as she walked to the door. after ringing the bell, she used the small amount of time she spent waiting to take a step back and look at arizona's home, taking in the new scenery.




    ooc: if you've ever seen suicide squad, the dress i chose for alexis is the dress that harley wore because i am so infatuated with both her and the dress. i couldn't resist lol. let's just pretend it's a little longer, a few inches above mid thigh.

    alexis jumped slightly when the door opened and quickly looked to see who had opened it. seeing arizona herself, she felt her heart calm some. she didn't want to have to introduce herself to arizona's parents as her friend, because lord knows she doesn't want to come over more than she has to.




    following arizona inside, she stayed close on her heels all while looking around her enemy's home. right as soon as they reach arizona's room, she stepped aside and watched as the other girl went straight to her closet and immediately began to dig through it, pulling out a revealing black dress with transparent stripes here and there.




    she felt her heart drop and her cheeks flush momentarily as arizona stripped down and changed into her dress in front of her. thankfully, the blush had went away as soon as arizona turned around to face her. alexis took off her backpack and unzipped it, pulling out the dress and heels. throwing her bag on arizona's bed, she turned around and held the two items up while looking at the girl with a straight face.




    "i used the dress last year for halloween and it got me a lot of attention, so i figured it would be good. it's kind of slutty. i'm not sure if he'll be into it but if he likes skin, he'll love it."

    Alexis nodded and walked into the bathroom, closing the door and locking it behind her. She took a few seconds to look around, anazlyzing the space before she turned to look at herself in the mirror, poking her bottom lip out and blowing wild strands of hair out of her view before she began undressing.




    It took her a little longer than expected to get into the dress. Her hair got caught on one of the golden strands at the back, and it took her longer than usual to get it out. why now? Of all times, why now? she thought with disdain, sighing in frustration as her steel blue gaze drifted onto the mirror.




    Alexis ran her fingers through her hair one last time before pulling it up into a messy but cute bun, pulling some strands of her light blonde hair out so the hairdo would frame her face nicely. she took her time with her makeup, making sure that everything was perfect with her bright red lipstick and her smokey eye before she decided she looked good enough to walk back into arizona's bedroom.




    After putting on her black heels, she walked out of the bathroom and looked at Arizona. "Ready?"

    Alexis followed closely behind Arizona all the way to the other girl's car. Taking a second to look it over, she gave a small nod of approval. at least she has good taste, she thought as she opened the passenger door only to be greeted with Taylor Swift, and she had to hold back a small laugh at the look on Arizona's face. Who would've thought that she'd like good ole Swifty?




    Climbing in, Alexis closed the door and buckled in before she looked at Arizona as they pulled out of the garage. "I have to admit, your place is pretty nice," she said, tucking a loose strand of her hair behind her ear as she looked out of the window.




    Pulling her phone out of a small black clutch that she'd brought along, Alexis sent a text to her mom, reminding her that it may be a bit later than usual until she got home. Her eyebrows furrowed as she concentrated, making sure her grammar was correct, then hit send.




    Looking up from the small screen, Alexis turned her gaze to Arizona. "What's your number? We're probably going to have to talk to each other sometime tonight and I really don't want to spend most of the time looking for you in a house full of drunk teenagers."

    alexis reached for arizona's phone, quickly typing in the password and adding her number before she texted herself. not even a second after she hit send, her phone went off and she added arizona's number to her phone.




    the blonde let out a soft, nervous sigh as arizona parked the car. she listened as arizona told her to do's and don'ts, nodding every so often. exhaling sharply, alexis shook her hands before clasping them together and looking over at arizona. "yes ma'am," she said jokingly, and with that, she opened the door and hopped out.




    closing it, she didn't spare a second glance back as she began walking toward the house. she could hear the music blaring from here and was kind of surprised that someone hadn't called the cops already. the cops. someone could call the cops and i could go to jail. oh my god, what am i doing?




    alexis could feel her heart pounding in her chest. forcing herself to take a deep breath, she lightly shook her arms as if she were about to start a routine with her gymnastics trainer, cleared her head, and headed toward the door.




    she didn't even have enough time to raise her hand to knock before the door opened and a guy, probably the host of the party, smiled and wrapped his arm around her shoulder and guided her into the crazed building.




    forcing herself to put on a fake smile, she quickly slipped out from underneath his arm and headed to the kitchen, where the drinks were. she grabbed one of the red solo cups and turned around, her heart plummeting once she realized how hard it was going to be to find zachary.
